Who we are

The story of the 92hands movement began in the slums of Kosovo in Kampala, where Sam Lucas Lubyogo and Emmanuel Nsabanye grew up amid poverty, crime, and hopelessness. Their childhood on the streets showed them early on how easy it is to lose one’s way when surrounded by violence and drugs. Over time, their faith and desire to transform their community through the love of Jesus Christ became the foundation of the 92hands initiative, which speaks in simple terms about hope and second chances. Stories like these remind us that sometimes people just need a small chance to turn away from the dark path.
